What is Klevo?
Klevo is a free web app for meeting and working together in a "space" - a room with video and voice calls, a shared whiteboard, live chat, code and document editing, games and watch parties, all in one place.
Is Klevo free?
Yes. Klevo is free to use. There is nothing to install - it runs in your web browser.
Do I need an account?
You sign in with your Google account to create or join a space. Klevo never sees your Google password.
How do I start a space?
On the home page choose Create a Space, pick a name, a category and how many people may join, then share the space code with the people you want to invite.
How do I join a space?
Type the space code you were given into Enter a space code on the home page and press Join. If the space has a passcode you will be asked for it.
Who can call or message me?
Only mutual friends (you follow each other) can call you. Anyone can send a message request, but you choose whether to accept it or block it.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Klevo is for people aged 18 and over.
How does Klevo keep spaces safe?
Chat messages and files are checked by the server, cameras are checked on each person's device, and you can report or block anyone. See Safety on Klevo for the details.
What is Klevo AI?
It is a built-in assistant. Type /ai and a question in a space's chat. Each person has a small daily allowance so it stays free for everyone.
Which devices and browsers work?
Klevo works in a modern web browser on phones, tablets and computers. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. On iPhone, notifications only work once Klevo has been added to the Home Screen.
I am not getting notifications.
Make sure you tapped Enable Notifications and allowed the permission prompt.
How do I report a problem or a person?
Use the report button next to a message or in the People list. For a bug, use Report an issue on the home page, or email thekasacommunity@gmail.com.
